Sporting never lost a match against Warsa in UEFA Champions League. As Sporting had to win this match at any cost if they want to qualify for the Europa League or for round 16. It’s their 2nd consecutive win in this season. As the game started, Ruiz scored a goal (28th minute) and took his team on lead. Soon after Ruiz, Bas Dost doubled the team lead by 2-0 which ended up as a final result. Silva tried to score in second half but it was saved by Malarz.
Juventus finally won their first match in this UEFA Champions League season by defeating Dinamo Zagreb. Miralem Pjanic initiated the scoring for Juventus but was replaced because of injury. Before his injury, at 31' , Higuain scored (assisted by Pjanic). Then Dybala scored his first goal of this season to make it 3-0. In the last few minutes of the game, Dani Alves scored from a free kick. Later on, Benkovic tried to score but missed the chance in additional time. It's their 3rd consecutive win.
Draw, draw, draw.. 3rd draw in a row!!! Since 24th April, 2013 Real Madrid haven't lost a match against Dortmund. It was the "most awaited" match of week 2. Dortmund defeated Warsaw in the first group match by 6-0. They were looking for their 4th consecutive win. On the other hand, Real Madrid also won their first match against Sporting by 2-1 and want to win a match after two back to back draw. Ronaldo opened the account for his team by scoring his 95th Champions League goal. Emerick equalized the score by 1-1 but in second half Varane took his team's lead to 2-1. Schurrle's late goal drew the match. Benzema missed many chances, he wasn't performing well but still played the whole match (88'). I think, Benzema should have been replaced by Morata early on. Zidane needs to sort out this problems soon. Broussia caused trouble for Real Madrid. It was a great game.
So, Arsenal vs FC Basel. Both teams haven't faced each other before this match. Where as, they both won or drew their last 5 matches. Arsenal and Basel were looking for their first win in the group match for this season, they drew their matches against PSG n Razgrad respectively. Their statistics conditions were quite similar. But at the end, Walcott sealed the victory for Arsenal by 2-0. Walcott first scored header to the centre of the goal (7') then he doubled the lead which was assisted by Alexis Sanchez to the right side, bottom left corner.

Blues are outstanding throughout this season. They won derby in the start of the September (Premier League), defeated Borussia in UEFA Champions League by 4-0, having winning streak of 10matches. They haven't lost the match but they could have won it if Raheem hadn't scored an own goal. Yes, he scored for both the teams - Manchester City and Celtic. Celtic took the lead over Manchester City at 3', Moussa Dambele with an attempt, assisted by Bitton made his team to lead. Fernandinho scored equalizer to the right corner. Then Sterling scored the goal for Celtic (OG) and later levelled the match by 2-2. Moussa scored the 3rd goal which was again levelled by Manchester City - Nolito. But, most positive and important point to note, was Manchester City came back into the game 3 times and levelled the match. So Celtic became the first team not to lose against Guardiola's Manchester City. Missed Kevin De Bruyne in the game. Manchester City defence was sloppy but they are still undefeated. Celtic were brilliant. It was a good match. Looking forward to Tottenham game.
